SUPER 5s, SOCCER 7s, 9 & 11-A-SIDES
SUPER 5s:
GK coaching perfect for boys and girls making the transition from Football 4s to Super 5s, and for existing Super 5s keepers. P2L goalkeeper coaching is based on enjoying playing in goal, developing the basic principles, and building and refining motor skills. We will do this by having lots of FUN working on the following areas;
Speed
Agility
Communication
Coordination
Balance
Footwork
Hand Eye Coordination
Reactions
Teamwork
Most young kids who like playing in goal do it because they love throwing themselves through the air or into the mud and enjoy the attention and praise they get for making a great save. But if they genuinely love playing that position right now, then coaching – if done right – can help them to enjoy it even more and develop as a footballer and as a young person.
SOCCER 7s:

Set Position
Footwork
Positioning
Handling
Shot stopping
