BOOKINGS
Play2Learn Sports Coaching offers an online booking service through Class4Kids booking system, once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by Play2Learn Sports Coaching you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to our website terms and conditions which are hereby incorporated.
An email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your child's place on a Play2Learn Sports Coaching activity.
For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY camp or course to those booking and paying at least 24 hours in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the activity.
Before booking please ensure your child is able to attend the activity and meets the conditions for such event as listed on our website.
PROGRAMME/SESSION CHANGES: I.E. Inclement Weather/COVID etc.
In the event of circumstances out with our control, such as inclement weather or venues deemed unplayable or closed for any reason at all such as COVID, Play2Learn will seek an alternative venue and time. If this is not possible, extra time or extra sessions will be allocated to any remaining sessions to make up for any of the lost time. No refunds, credits or price adjustments will be issued.
REFUNDS
Play2Learn operate a no refund policy. At our discretion, in exceptional circumstances, a credit towards future term time or holiday camps bookings may be offered for use within the calendar year.
CANCELLATIONS
All bookings once paid and confirmed by the booking system are final and non-transferable or refundable.
COVID: Any booking that needs to be cancelled, a credit will be offered for another camp. For example; If your child has presented symptoms or been asked to self-isolate, the remaining days of their booking will be placed on credit for use within 12 months.
CHANGES: Any booking change is subject to a £10 fee.
PROMOTIONS
Play2Learn Sports Coaching from time to time offers promotions in the event that you have been issued with a promotional code this code must be redeemed and used in accordance with the terms and conditions of that promotion and these terms and conditions. You cannot use multiple discounts together.
TOP UP BOOKINGS
P2L do not offer a 'top up' policy, if you want to attend for more sessions then you need to make a NEW booking.
SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS
Are payable one month in advance and then on the 1st of each month. A cover payment will apply if joining after a programme has started or after the 1st of the month. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime out-with 72hrs of the usual payment on the 1st. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription out-with 72hrs before the 1st of the month, please notify us asap, as any payment taken after the 1st will not be refunded.
DISCOUNTS
Siblings: A 20% sibling discount is calculated automatically through the booking system, it will only work if siblings are booked together.
Others: A 10% discount is available for the following any of our Partner clubs, a team training session is not a partner club.
Our discounts are more than generous, you CANNOT use them together.

CHILD PROTECTION
All Play2Learn Sports Coaching staff hold current coaching badges, first aid, child protection training, copies are available on request.
FILM/PHOTOGRAPHY
Play2Learn Sports Coaching may from time to time take photographs/film of Play2Learn Sports Coaching camps and clubs, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising Play2Learn Sports Coaching events through Play2Learn Sports Coaching literature, website, press and TV.
Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make Play2Learn Sports Coaching aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the activity starts (where possible Play2Learn Sports Coaching will inform parents/guardians at the start of a camp).
Play2Learn Sports Coaching will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Play2Learn Sports Coaching cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a Play2Learn Sports Coaching event. Please ensure that your children take no valuables to the venue.
HEALTH & SAFETY
A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. Play2Learn Sports Coaching coaches hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.
For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads on a Play2Learn Sports Coaching Camp which involves football, or another contact sport.
Play2Learn Sports Coaching reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection.
It is the parent/guardian responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the activity provided and weather conditions.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
In the unlikely event of injury, you give permission to our staff to administer first aid.
Any medical conditions that participant may have must be fully disclosed
(1) At the time of booking in writing to Play2Learn Sports Coaching at registration and
(2) To the lead coach on the camp or at the venue.
LIABILITY
Play2Learn Sports Coaching only accepts liability for personal injury or death of any participant attending a Play2Learn Sports Coaching activity directly caused by its negligence or negligence of its staff.
COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the activities senior coach at the event. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction then please write to our customer services team Shane@Play2Learn.info within 7 days of child's attendance on the course.
We take your views and complaints very seriously and will try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
Refunds will only be issued if Play2Learn Sports Coaching is proven to be in breach of our terms & conditions.
SPORTS CLOTHING
Play2Learn Sports Coaching cannot accept liability for the loss of or damage to any personal belongings at any of our camps.
For safety reasons, shin pads are COMPULSORY at all our camps. No child will be allowed to participate without shin pads.
Players must wear clothing suitable for the conditions and football boots or trainers.
COLLECTION
A parent or a nominated adult at the end of each session/day must sign out players.

Contracts for the supply of Courses formed through our sites or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our booking terms and conditions
