VENUE: Saughton Sports Complex 3g Astro

PARKING: Free parking for drop off and pick up :)

SURFACE/FOOTWEAR: Outdoor synthetic grass, only rubber based studs, blades or astro trainers are allowed. NO flat soled trainers. Shin pads are a great idea too!

KIT: Wear any football or sports kit. Also advisable are a rain jacket, under garments like base layer tops and bottoms, tracksuits, hats, gloves and snoods etc etc. You know what they say......Its better to have clothes and not need them, rather than need clothes and not have them!

WEATHER: Scottish weather can be unreliable and erratic at the best of times, so please bring the clothing above to suit all kinds of weather. We will be playing outdoors in all weather types.

WATER: Bring a full water bottle with your child's name clearly visible, as we will always have drink & more importantly joke breaks :)

MEDICALS: The coaches have a list of the various medicals and requirements for each child, all on the registers.
