PARKING: Free parking for drop off and pick up :)

SIGN INs/OUTs: From the front gate outside the main reception, our coaches will have mobile registers and direct the children to the pitches. No parents allowed past this point, sorry!

SURFACE: Indoor and outdoor synthetic grass, only rubber based studs, blades or astro trainers are allowed. NO flat soled trainers.

KIT: Wear any football or sports kit. Also advisable are a rain jacket, under garments like base layer tops and bottoms, tracksuits, hats, gloves and snoods etc etc. You know what they say......Its better to have clothes and not need them, rather than need clothes and not have them! Even if playing 'indoors' it can get quite chilly.

PHONES & GADGETS: DO NOT BRING unless a phone is absolutely necessary for any parent and child communication while walking home alone.

WEATHER: Scottish weather can be unreliable and erratic at the best of times, so please bring the clothing above to suit all kinds of weather. We will be playing outdoors in all weather types.

FOOD: We don't provide any food, we always remind the children about allergies at break times and would encourage the parents to remind their kids too.

WATER: Bring a full water bottle as we will have drink & joke breaks :)

MEDICALS: The coaches have a list of the various medicals and requirements for each child, all on their daily registers.

HEALTH & SAFETY: Changes daily or hourly :)-

SPECTATORS: The current 'guidance' from the SFA suggest that no spectating at all is allowed at any sessions :(
